EmergencyInPakistan.com is a diaspora-focused telemedicine network led by Dr. Rao Taimoor Hameed Khan (MBBS, MRCEM, FRCEM (UK) — Emergency Medicine Consultant, Evercare Hospital Lahore), serving patients across 8 major Pakistani cities. Pay-as-you-go consultations: Regular Consultation (Rs 3,500 / 30 min), Emergency Consultation (Rs 10,000 / priority slot within 2 hours). Specialist services (GBP pricing for diaspora): Hospital Liaison (£50), Lab Results Interpretation (£15), Second Opinion (£40), Annual Health MOT (£60/year), Emergency Dispatch Coordination (£25). Monthly subscription plans: Family Health Guardian (£30/month), Medication Review (£20/month), Individual (Rs 8,000/month), Family (Rs 15,000/month), Corporate (Rs 75,000/month), Expat/Diaspora (£50/month). All consultations are conducted via secure video call.
EmergencyInPakistan.com provides medical advice via telemedicine and does NOT replace emergency services. If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 115 (Edhi/Rescue) or 1122 (Punjab Rescue) IMMEDIATELY. Do not delay emergency care to seek an online consultation. Dr. Rao Taimoor Hameed Khan will refer patients to in-person emergency facilities when clinically necessary.
Payment is required in advance to confirm a consultation. Accepted methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe (debit/credit card), and bank transfer to HBL account (IBAN: PK00HABB0001234567890100). All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days if a consultation cannot proceed due to technical failure on our side.
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled consultation: full refund. Cancellations less than 2 hours before: 50% refund. No-shows (patient does not join within 15 minutes): no refund. If Dr. Rao Taimoor Hameed Khan is unavailable due to emergency, patients will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Refund requests: refunds@emergencyinpakistan.com.
You must: (a) provide accurate medical history; (b) join consultations on time; (c) be in a quiet, private location; (d) ensure a stable internet connection; (e) not share your account with others; (f) be 18+ or have a parent/guardian present for minors. Providing false information may result in account termination.
Dr. Rao Taimoor Hameed Khan is registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), Reg. No. 81639-P. All telemedicine services are conducted in accordance with PMDC Telemedicine Regulations 2023. Prescriptions issued are valid at pharmacies in Pakistan.
EmergencyInPakistan.com's liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific consultation. We are not liable for: delays caused by internet outages, outcomes of not following medical advice, or emergencies where timely in-person care was required but not sought. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan. For complaints: complaints@emergencyinpakistan.com.
